This theme proposes the development of a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system tailored for municipal services in Cameroon. Municipalities face significant challenges regarding the automation and personalization of citizen communication. This project explores how retrieval-assisted techniques can enhance the generation of contextual, accurate, and locally relevant text for various municipal services, such as public notices, administrative forms, and citizen inquiries.
By combining neural network-based language models with a retrieval mechanism to access local databases, this project provides a practical AI-driven solution to improve municipal governance and service delivery.
